Conveniently located for my early morning flight from Heathrow - a 10min walk to the underground and 15mins on the underground. There was a bus stop immediately outside the hotel too - and a few shops next to the underground station.

非常に綺麗でバスルーム、トイレは今まで泊まったロンドンのホテルで一番綺麗でした。冷蔵庫が無いのが残念ですが、それ以外は非常に良いゲストハウスだと思います。帰りチェックアウトの際、呼び鈴を鳴らしてもスタッフの方が来ず、メモを残してチェックアウトをしました。

Great experience, will definitely book again. Free parking, great location to train station, 10 minute walk to Hounslow city centre. Comfortable room too. Netflix, bbc iplayer and other tv apps on TV to watch in deluxe room. Great shower and water pressure. Lovely towels and bathroom amenities. Had a few issues on check in with the original double room we checked into (wall socket not working and toilet seat broken) lovely reception was made aware and upgraded our room to deluxe room and catered to our needs. We didn’t have breakfast as we did not need it, but breakfast available to add upon check in. Overall 10/10 - Thank you :)

An inexpensive but practical option for a short stay near Twickenham Stadium. The bus to Twickenham Stadium could be caught at the stop immediately outside the hotel. £1.20 per person to get to Twickenham and a half hour journey. The room was fine, the bed comfortable. We enjoyed being able to make a cup of tea and relax after our day out and being able to watch TV. After a good night's sleep and a fine shower we made our way back to Coventry. There was no breakfast available, but we kept starvation away by visiting a nearby McDonalds!

I briefly stayed at the Civic Hotel from 9 pm to 6 am. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the availability of free parking was a bonus.

We were looking for a modest price hotel in a convenient location, and this suited our needs. It was clean and in a good condition. The staff were under pressure during breakfast, but did their best. More staff could be employed. Overall for the price we paid it was what we expected.

Clean and clearly recently renovated, helpful staff, overall pleasant environment. Unfortunately overnight it was very noisy, lots of banging doors, could hear conversations through walls and in the corridor. Our window looked out onto a lightwell with several other windows so light was coming in all night, and the blind had gaps letting a lot of light in.

Welcome was warm and helpful. Rooms show some signs of refurbishment though the passage ways were uneven and slightly dangerous with the walkway carpets that were laid down.

Great staff, very welcoming and willing to answer any of our questions as tourists. The room was confortable and clean. The hotel is a 5 mn walk to the underground station and very convenient for it is situated in zone 5. I definitely will stay at the hotel again next time I go to London.
