We enjoyed our stay overall. There were just a couple of little things that could do with some attention. The main entrance door was hanging off when we arrived, and it was still the same throughout our stay, which doesn't create the best first impression. Aside from that, our room was lovely, and the breakfast was excellent – definitely one of the hotel's biggest strengths. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Great location near busy streets with food and drink options. Ideal for 18 of us on a cricket tour or anyone wanting a weekend socialising or shopping.

The hotel is in the heart of Bristol - they don't have a car park, but will provide a discount for a nearby public car park. The room was immaculately clean, well equipped and practical. The only mystery was the coffee pod machine - four different coloured pods with no indication what they were. I can reveal that one off them was hot chocolate. Yum! Overall - 5 stars.

The staff seemed overwhelmed as there were not enough to check in the volume of guests. The bathroom sink was blocked, slow to drain. There was no fridge. Great to find two bottles of water were supplied. Overall a great stay in an excellent location.
