A fantastic hotel with spacious rooms and the perfect location for the subway, buses, and of course new gardens. Don't miss their delicious lunches and if you choose to eat out there are many charming cafes for breakfast and lunch within walking distance. But the best thing about this place is its amazing staff.

newsflash! At the coach and horses in new, there is a dream group. I stayed here overnight for a concert in the new gardens, and without a doubt, this was the greatest hotel stay I've ever had in London or elsewhere. Alina at the reception has that rare quality and savoir-faire, and as the first appearance you'll see, she sets the tone beautifully. Jack, filling in for the manager, genuinely understands customer service, even carrying our luggage to the vehicle for us. Nothing is too much difficulty because Sam in the bar is quick with his smile. The best egg sandwiches I've ever had were made for us by Louis in the kitchen. This team is outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel's strapline is a home away from home, and that's exactly what it is. This is the ideal home away from home, including a friendly, welcoming family who is delighted to see you. Staying here is a musty if you're in the area.

We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and my husband and I will definitely return. We had a wonderful time at the coach and horses. Our room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and spotless. All of the staff, especially Helga at reception, were very helpful. She helped us with everything. She also served dinner at the restaurant, which was excellent. Mandy and the restaurant's crew were really welcoming.

I think this place is the best that I have ever stayed at. It is easily accessible by car, to local vineyards, chamber sands, and other pubs nearby like Rye harbour. They serve great food and drinks.

A big thank you to the lovely young lady at reception in the morning, the guy at breakfast and to the amazing room lady sylvia customer service. People loved the hotel and it's location in new because we could go to other venues along the river.
