xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain.

I would recommend it 👌 Its a great place to stay. On the main road in the centre of skegness Near by KFC/ McDonald's plenty of places to eat .10 minutes walk from the skegness theatre

Lovely place to stay! A friendly place, very clean and comfortable. I wasn't expecting much for the price to be honest but it certainly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend and will always use this hotel in the future. :)

Went for a couple of. nights away .We really enjoyed ourselves very friendly staff you can tell booked for two more in August. close to all attractions the only down side is the small car park
