It is an older character based property. The room was comfortable and warm. The shower room toilet was modern and clean. The breakfast was continental offering cereals, yogurt, cold meat, bread cheese and fruit. Coffee and tea facilities were available on the rooms. The hotel is close toaon transport hubs, Oxford. Street shops and Hyde park.

Quarto bem limpo, os funcionarios sao gente boa, mas rigidos com horarios certo para tudo. A localizacao e de longe a melhor parte, a estacao de paddington ta bem facil pra ir de pé, e é muito bonitinho ao redor do hotel! Facil acesso ao centro de paddington, mas com o metrô você chega a qualquer lugar super rápido! Peguei pouco tempo em londres por que achei que nao ia ser tao bom, mas no final, descobri ser uma das melhores cidades que eu visitei! Tudo limpo, pessoas educadas, passado se mistura com o futuro, muito muito bom!

Perfect for central London and Paddington. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and Andrea who welcomed us was super helpful. Bathroom was tiny but it served its purpose. Free continental breakfast was welcome. Wifi worked well. Would definitely return.

La chambre était conforme aux photos et aux commentaires. Le personnel était vraiment très très sympathique et à l'écoute. Certes nous n'avons pas eu un English Breakfast mais le petit-déjeuner proposé compris dans le prix de la chambre était très complet (fromage, jambon, pain, beurre, confitures, boissons chaudes et jus de fruits). Pour ceux qui souhaitent vraiment un véritable English breakfast, le personnel peut vous orienter vers un établissement qui le propose. De plus, côté localisation, l'hôtel est très bien situé à 10 min à pied de la gare de Paddington (métros, trains, Elisabeth Line). De nombreux restaurants sont à proximité de l'hôtel pour ne pas avoir à trop déambuler dans les rues après de bonnes journées de marches comme c'était le cas pour nous !

Minutes' walk to Paddington Station, very convenient. A lot of restaurants nearby. The shower is relatively small, but the room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is simple but good enough.
