På nettet ligger det svært varierte anmeldelser av dette hotellet, så vi var spent på hva som møtte oss. Om det kommer an på hvilket rom du havner på, vites ikke - men våre rom; studio suite og dobbeltrom var særdeles bra og over all forventning. Lekre bad, moderne fasiliteter, daglig rengjøring og strøkne fellesområder. Frokost var også veldig bra, tatt i betraktning at dette klassifiseres som et trestjerners hotell. Vi har vært på flere hotell i London med denne klassifiseringen, men dette hotellet lå langt over standarden til de vi har besøkt tidligere.

The old buildings in the area have so much character. The attention to detail inside and out is amazing. I must admit that the space is much smaller than us Americans are accustomed too. but it was a lovely stay all the way around.

The Ideal Base for Exploring London – Highly Recommended! I had a truly wonderful stay at the Commodore Hotel. The room was always spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the temperature just right throughout my visit. The front desk staff were always friendly and incredibly helpful, offering great advice whenever I had questions or needed suggestions. The location is fantastic — there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the nearest Tube station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around London. Hyde Park is directly across the street, providing a beautiful view and a peaceful place to relax. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. I will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect stay Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly and got us checked in early which was amazing. Needed an iron and called reception and had it promptly brought to my room. Room was lovely and clean bathroom also very clean, Netflix etc on tv, comfy bed tea and coffee and a fridge. Honestly cannot fault this place at all. Amazing price for such a great room. Unbelievable location too. 5* brilliant hotel and staff

Quiet residential area close to multiple tube stations. Room was spacious with customary amenities. Staff was friendly and check in/out was quick and easy. I would stay again.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating and they went out of their way to help. The hotel is in a very convenient area near Paddington station and right across the street from Hyde Park. Very close to everything. A great hotel for the price. And has a great gym compared to others in the area. Good size room too. Overall experience was great

I’ll be honest — I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but having stayed here, I think a lot of the complaints are over the top. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a standard hotel room in central London — not sure what some people were expecting. The room isn’t huge, but it’s a perfectly reasonable size. My partner and I had plenty of space, and unless you’re planning to spend your entire trip lounging in the hotel, it’s more than enough. If you’re in London to explore the city, this place works exactly as it should. The location is excellent — easy access to transit, great restaurants nearby, and a quick trip to Westminster. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable base to see the city, this is a solid choice.
