The location was really great. It was clean and quiet. The staff was so helpful. The bar downstairs was absolutely fantastic. Plus, they had air conditioning during the London heat wave and this was a major plus!

Had an amazing stay at the Counting House. The staff were so accommodating by taking our luggage in early while we explored the city. Close to all tourist attractions. Booked a dinner for 6 in the gallery above the pub, it was perfect not to mention the prices for the food and drinks were excellent! Will definitely be back!

This was an amazing hotel. When it was modernized they maintained much of the charm of the old building. Staff were all phenomenal. Professional, courteous, kind and helpful. Only drawback was the elevator. It is the smallest I have ever seen. Food was excellent in the pub.

Great location, small boutique hotel inside a historic sight. Quiet for London. There is a lot of steps, but they have a lift.

Room was clean with a nice Bluetooth speaker and full bath in. The cooked breakfast was great, as was the continental spread.

A hidden gem in the heart of the City. Helpful staff, clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast to start the day. The free drink each at the bar was an added bonus. The only negative was that there was no mirror in the room within reach of plug-in hair straighteners. Otherwise a perfect stay!

The Counting house was in a great location. We were in walking distance of many markets, sights and transportation. Our room was clean and the heat and air worked well. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room with a set menu and/or buffet station. Coffee and tea maker in room with a small fridge. Ate in pub twice and food was good. There is a small lift, two people two suitcases size. And depending on your room, a couple of stairs in between the lift and room. We stayed in two different rooms before and after cruise and noise was never a problem. Would definitely stay again.
