Craigroyston House was a delight. Classically decorated, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was highly organized and delicious with traditional Scottish options plus continental fare. Our host was extremely gracious, kind and full of helpful suggestions on all that Pitlochry had to offer. Highly recommended.

Excellent location 5 minute walk to town centre. Room was fabulous and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and Greg was the perfect host. We walked from train station and was only ten minute walk. All in all we had a great stay and would return.

The host was so kind and welcoming. He gave great suggestions for dinner and sights to see. The room was beautiful and a great size. The breakfast was very well made, delicious and filling. I would definitely recommend this B&B! If they had a blow dryer my stay would have been absolutely perfect!

Greg , is an extremely polished manager with exceptional high standards. The welcome, shown to room, standards in room all fantastic a lovely bright spacious room with a small seating area. Breakfast both days was second to none. Preorder really works for us, slick service and high quality products. Garden lovely to sit in and the back sneaky steps are great to access Pitlochry quickly. Was there negatives - very small perhaps, a curtain would keep the light out better in the morning than the blinds but the blinds are lovely. The bed was a bit hard for one of us but the other was very happy. Overall - we will be asking to stay here rather than a hotel for our next visit- this was a real treat.

Our room was just lovely! We had the cutest two twin beds room up on the second floor. The views were so nice from the windows. The shower was the best we’d had in Scotland. The breakfast was amazing! Seriously, the black pudding and haggis options were great. Our host, Greg, took care of everything for us. We will come back and stay again.
