Really enjoyed our stay! There was a great restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. The room was very clean and had updated features. We also took advantage of a shuttle that took us to the airport at a cost. We’d definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and an amazing breakfast (extra fee but worth it). Only negative was that they are now fining shuttle/taxi drivers if they try to take you to the front door. It makes no sense. You should be able to be dropped off in front of the hotel in which you are staying. Instead we had to walk over from Terminal 4. Not sure what prompted this change but you really should find a better solution.

Excellent hotel, room and location, reachable on foot from terminal 4 and super quiet, even if on a busy road we couldn’t hear anything. Only thing is that the receptionist didn’t inform us that if breakfast is prepaid at the desk is £15, if not it’s £19.99.

Only a 1 night layover stay, but a great stay that let us feel clean and refreshed in a calm setting. The room was comfy, although a bit dusty, a great buffett, and lovely staff all around. Would happily stay again.

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this hotel ahead of an early flight and the experience has always been excellent. The food at the restaurant is always really good, the staff are very helpful and always happy to go the extra mile and the location is very hand for all terminals at Heathrow. We'll definitely return.

We liked that the tube station was at the terminal and it was easy to access it. Also liked the hotelHoppa bus that was available to take us to different terminals. The restaurant at the hotel was nice and served tasty meals.

Hotel muy práctico para hacer noche en el aeropuerto. Si sales de la T4 no hay más que cruzar a ella y si son otras terminales incluso de madrugada antes de que haya trenes entre terminales el bus local en la parada 11 al salir por la puerta principal en la planta llegadas te lleva a cualquier hora a la T5. Se paga solo 1,75 libras con contactless en el mismo bus al entrar como cualquier bus de Londres. Check-in rapidísimo y check-out instantáneo. Super preparado para no perder el tiempo.
