The hotel is spotless and wellmaintained, including the lobby area, corridors, and rooms. Although the location is in a very busy area of town, the soundproofing was adequate you dont hear traffic, but you do hear police and ambulances. After all, it is london. The absence of tavern table for dining made it absurd. We had to eat at the tiny desk on our own. Id rather have ps 30 for cleaning than merely asking for it when the small sofa is replaced by id prefer putting up if two chairs and rearranged opulent tables. Our room was not cleaned daily, yet we can request it anytime. When we later learned that cleaning is available, we were informed that it costs rs 30, which is paid. No thanks. Apart from ryan and shaiv, who were both competent and attentive to our requests, reception personnel appear to be sleeping. They were jumping from one desk to the next without being friendly or engaging. Whether guests are staying at hotels or apartments, introducing hospitable frontofhouse hospitality makes incredibly difference and goes etiquette as establishing prestigious brands. Would we return? Absolutely.

Excellent hotel with quiet rooms and immaculate cleanliness. There are plenty of public transportation options nearby, but since it is in the heart of london, parking is not an option.

The hotel was spotless and wellpresented, making it a very comfortable stay overall. The room is not at all disappointing, in my opinion. Additionally, the location is quite handy, being close to both underground stations that provide easy access to central london. When we checked us in, however, when we arrived, our staff seemed hesitant and uninteresteated. All in all, i had savored this hotel as if it were incredibly convenient.

Conveniently located near the metro. The service was satisfactory, although a little perplexing. As they are housed in two towers, you must be familiar with which tower you are in when you go for breakfast or check out. However, there is onsite metro and dozens of fast food establishments nearby. By ameican standards, the rooms themselves are at or above average.

Last night, i made a lastminute walkin reservation, so ive arrived late. The staff was excellent they found me & my cat s, which worried me because there arent many places where pets are allowed. I only spent one night there, but ill say that the room (studio/room) was very good, all up to standard, very spacious, and this was for one person, the bed was kingsize, with blackout curtains if he is incredibly light sleeper, in fact, it had slept like frogs and mr. To be honest, im very light asleep, therefore despite being able to sleep like baby, its sized bathroom with utensils and amenities. Except for the shower and the mattress, as crowsing during that night when lacked resupply, no other things were used by me. Once again, thank you to the staff and supervisor or manager who assisted me in scheduling the studio or room.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting london! After enduring countless nights in the us, we had to locate relocating to securing idly accommodations. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating in getting us into our room quickly and with what we needed. It truly enhanced our experience while staying here. This hotel is stunning, conveniently located near excellent pubs, coffee shops, and transportation options within walking distance! The personnel were consistently helpful, which, in our opinion, deserves more stars than five stars! For the price of the accommodation, the rooms were fantastic, roomy, lovely, undeniably exceeded our expectations!.

The hotel and rooms are excellent. The location is convenient and central. A bus stop is right outside the door, and a 5minute walk will take you to the train station. Also, the wellknown shopping center westfield shepherds bush is also close by. With the apartments, there is likewise free laundry service. We would love to stay here again.

This place is highly recommended for a stay in london. The hotel has amazing facilities and checkin process was quick and easy, our studio was perfect with everything you could need, the breakfast, facilities, and hotel staff were all 5 stars.

The process of checking in was quick and easy. There are two elevators at the end that lead to floors 1-7, which are standard apartments on 1-6 and duplexstyle on floor 7, and there is a freestanding laundry room in the basement. The hotel currently has its own entertainment venues and tavern. I had rented idy apartment on the fourth floor. These apartments have an openconcept area with en suite kitchens and sofas that face oversized flatscreen televisons. It has upscale decor. A rain shower and handheld shower in opulent cubicle, large elemis toiletries, padded bags with toothbrushes, toothpaste, mini sewing kit, small sewing kits, hairnet, nail file, headphones, and cotton pads, as well as earbuds for shaving cream. Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking, including utensils, microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, optical coffee machine, kettle.
