Very clean hotel with great staff. Got a £5 parking fee per day which is very reasonable.

This is perfect for a one night stop over, or a base to explore the area they have recently introduced a £5 parking charge whereas it used to be free, be sure to factor this in if you plan to stay.

Friendly staff. Booked for the location. It’s on the northbound side so we had to walk across but we knew that when we booked.

Great value for money, big comfy bed, spacious room and plenty of desk space and clean

Clean room and amazing bed. Room needed a second chair, the TV reception wasnt perfect and 'menu/TV guide' didn't work. The door to the bathroom got stuck on the floor and there was paint on the ceiling light. But the gentleman at reception was very professional and apart from the distant motorway noise it was very quiet.

I was really happy with my stay at Days Inn Leicester Forest East M1. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, offering great value for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed and making the experience easy and pleasant from check-in to check-out. For a budget-friendly option, the hotel exceeded my expectations — it was quiet, spotless, and convenient, with everything I needed for a short stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and well-managed place to stay near Leicester.
