Decent size room with very comfortable bed. We were allowed a very early check in at 10am and there was choice of English Breakfast, Veggie Breakfast, Scrambled eggs and poached eggs on toast etc as well as various cereals, juice and toast. 5 minute walk to Ryde centre and 10 minute walk to Hovercraft.

A good hotel just a short uphill walk from the ferry & hover points with a convenient bus stop nearby. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet, efficient family run hotel, lovely staff, good value and nice breakfast. 10-minutes easy walk from Ryde seafront/Esplanade, and from St John's Road station.

Spacious off-street parking behind the hotel. A warm welcome and efficient staff. Clean, neat room and ensuite. Lots of hot water, soft towels. Comfortable bed. Nicely cooked breakfast with excellent eggs, bacon and toast, coffee and juice (other options available). Staff deserve a special commendation - there was an unexpected power cut in that part of town in the morning, but they managed to serve an excellent hot breakfast with no fuss or delays. Thank you!

My room was comfortable though basic and the hotel is in a great location for Ryde just being minutes walk from the hovercraft and the town centre. The staff were really noce and friendly and the breakfasts were amazing! If I come to Ryde again, I would definitely stay here.

It was clean and comfortable. The bed could have been more comfortable with a more up to date mattress but it was ok for the two nights. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps adding some extra cushions as the headboard were metal bars. This would make it far more comfortable to be able to lie in bed at night and watch the TV. The front desk people are fine but a little more enthusiasm when having a new guest to stay wouldn’t go amiss. Breakfast was great. Hot and cooked just right. Wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall a great stay for the price. Would definitely come back

Good place but the En-suite shower was terrible. No pressure and barely warm water in a shower that leaked water all over the floor. Kettle didn't work. Otherwise the booking was fine. Lovely staff. Breakfast was great
