Don’t hesitate. Book this hotel. The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. It exceeded all of my expectations. Two things to be aware of are, free WiFi is available in the public areas only and there is a public car park next to the hotel where you can pay to park your car.

Easy and quick check in, room was clean, well maintained and spacious. Bed comfortable and lovely river view. Matteo who welcomed us at breakfast was really friendly and helpful telling us everything we needed to know and the food was lovely, The hotel is really central for exploring Bath with everything within walking distance. Great trip.

We booked two rooms for one night last week. We were lucky enough to be upgraded and our specific needs for one person who is somewhat claustrophobic were taken seriously and several rooms options offered as available for them. The man at the desk on arrival, Hasan, was really helpful and understanding as was the lady on the desk the next morning and we had spoken to her by phone before we arrived too and received great service. There were areas which will soon need a bit of renovation but nothing of any concern. The rooms were lovely and clean, amenities great (coffee machine , Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries) and breakfast was spot on - hot food very well cooked and refreshed all the time. Car park underneath the hotel was convenient too. So big thank you from us.

very good location for exploring Bath. Quiet at night. room spacious and had everything we needed. Complimentary fresh cookie at reception was a nice touch. Breakfasts good. All staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel is in a great location, short walk from the station and close to the main town. Staff were very friendly an helpful- we were able to leave our case there when we arrived prior to check in and also on the day we was leaving so we didn’t have to carry around town- this was an added bonus! Breakfast was a great variety with everything you needed to set you up for the day. The room was clean and spacious with washing products available and plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed too. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I would be of my hotel of choice if I was to return to Bath.
