Room spacious and amenities were great. Had to book a slot for swimming. The menu for the bar/restaurant is limited and I personally wouldnt eat there again due to this. Both evenings friday / Saturday there was only one member of staff on the bar which caused delays so would have been better if they had more staff on but appreciate there was events on both nights. This does cause parking to become a nightmare. However overall the cleanliness of the room, how friendly staff are and proximity to the festival retail park means I would return.

Lovely and delicious breakfast! Clean rooms. On arrival the lady at the desk,Anca was very welcoming and helpful. A great experience! Highly recommend!!

Stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent and couldn’t fault it. Check-in was spot on—friendly, genuine, and brilliant with our kids (colouring pack + cookies went down a treat). Room was spacious with sofa beds already set up, which made life easy straight away. Breakfast was excellent—loads of choice and constantly topped up. Just book ahead as it gets busy. Great for families. Would definitely stay again.

First time we stayed at double tree Stayed as a family two adult and two children Nice atmosphere Nice lobby and common areas Rooms are to a good standard Staff are lovely During our dinner the dinner party sitting next to us the child had an asthma attack in the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see all the staff provide immediate assistant to the table, bringing water, some ice cream for the young child after he calmed down, the restaurant team also alerted reception who also checked on the guest, it was a real pleasure to see how empathetic the team reacted to a guest in need even the young. Doubletree by Hilton would be our first choice in the future Thank you for a lovely stay
