Great location in York Couldn’t fault this hotel Staff very helpful The breakfast buffet was excellent All food items and contents clearly stated As a coeliac /gluten free it is always a concern but everything was spot on ! Thank you We’ll be back 😊

If looking to park I would suggest getting there early as parking is limited, although Car park opposite. Room had air conditioning which was a god send.

Ok, was upgraded to deluxe room, which I’m glad didn’t pay extra for. No tv remote in room. Nothing really to write home about. They did put a fan in room as very hot weekend and AC didn’t work. Corridors were lined with dirty cup plates and glasses as we checked in and were there when we return around 10pm, glasses outside our room which we didn’t put there. Were all gone by morning but were there way to long. As I said all was ok, nothing special.

On arrival the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. We have stayed at this hotel over many years and we have always enjoyed the experience.

Can’t say enough great things about the experience. The staff at reception were welcoming, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The breakfasts were outstanding—great selection, fresh, flavorful. Staff in the dining room were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Central location really lovely breakfast friendly staff etc. Air con / heating unit wasn’t working but there was an oil heater provided that did the job so no drama. Lovely stay would recommend

We loved the lobby of the hotel. our room was very nice, however, we were surprised when we found out we were not actually in the main building. We had to walk to another part, including many stairs (we had big luggage). The outside door to the parking lot had a broken lock, which didn't feel safe, considering it was in a back parking lot. The room and the main hotel was lovely though. We would stay again, but make sure we were in the main building!
