Staff were really friendly. Air conditioned rooms on a stay where it was very hot was delightful! One staff member was helpful when unfortunately we had a incident with the hair dryer which must of blown up and caused the lights to go out, was understanding and got it fixed within a short amount of time. Was an easy enough walk to the high Street and the castle in which our event was and was the reason for our stay! Great hotel, would recommend 😊

A very warm welcome by the member of staff at the front desk. Easy check in. Clean hotel and room. Easy control system to work the air conditioning and heating. Not too far from the town centre, small shop near by and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance

Easy check in. Clean hotel room. Didn’t actually sleep there though as ended up staying in friends house, so silly to book. But lovely hotel and will book again

I have only marked this down slightly on amenities because there really aren't any. It is a super basic, extremely clean and comfortable no frills hotel. Location is excellent - be sure that you understand that there is no parking, but it is a short walk from the city centre and station, and there is an NCP nearby. I was able to borrow a hairdryer for the duration of my stay. Staff were delightful, access and check-in/out easy

The staff were greeted us in a very welcoming manner. They were very knowledgeable and provided the best itinerary to see the best of Cardiff within 24 hours. The room was clean and had all the amenities we required. The location is perfect as everything is walking distance: train station, restaurants, cafes, cathedral, castle and parks
