It is a simple motel that doesn't seem very impressive from the outside. It appears to be a row of flats. The rooms are somewhat worn out and can be reached via outdoor corridors. All the drunk women who were fumbling about trying to enter their rooms made it extremely noisy at night. However, we had only reserved one night. A headlamp is required. Breakfast was excellent, and bacon butties were given to our daughters, who were staying in another room and being too ill to go to the restaurant. Hence, hats off to the crew for doing this for us. Due to the low cost and convenient location, I would return here. However, some new carpets, better plumbing, and a little paint would vastly make the experience even more enjoyable.

The staff was glad to change rooms and very sorry. The other room has similar problems, hair in the bath, stains on the pillowcases, dirty windows, etc., but a nice person at the reception!

First, the positive things: The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is ideal if you want to be right in the rotunda and close to the train station. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, and the interior is contemporary and clean. The negative things are that the hotel is very hard to find. We passed it a few times without seeing the small logo on the glass door outside. The room layout is very tricky with the bed pushed against the wall making it almost impossible for someone sleeping against the wall to get out of bed at night without climbing over the other person. The shower is small and only has a partial wall, so water spreads all over the floor, drenching almost everything. No pumps on the shampoo, body gel and conditioner bottles worked, making washing difficult. Also, there is no bar soap. Although advertised as a king-size bed, it is not particularly large. In conclusion, given the reviews, our expectations were much higher.

I had a long term stay earlier this year and popped into the hotel briefly today and the front desk staff was very kind. Highly recommend staying here.

I got a good hotel with a good location. The hotel was also very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room temperature was also quite comfortable to stay at. The negative aspect is that the key cards don't work correctly, so it can be hard for me and my partner to put a foot on the mattress because it uses an odd foam material.

We spent a wonderful couple of days here taking our granddaughters to Primary and Asbury World. Since the hotel was only a couple of miles from both, it was a familiar place. The staff was particularly welcoming, especially Molly and Nicole. Highly recommend it.

Especially in the area where the motel is located, I really adore moor hall. Always courteous, very helpful, and willing to help. With rooms that feel like theyve not had anything done to them in over ten years or more, the hotel itself is getting old. The room we were in was right next to the front desk, directly across from a less than adequate car park. There is one at the back with EV charging stations, and it was comparatively quiet but not always. If you like blackout, the curtains and drapes, however, provide fantastic blackout. was also well climated. Although the veggie option for my partner was stuffed peppers, which didn't really match up with the christmas dinner that the carvery served. The back car park is subpar and unsuitable given the size of the hotel and what it has to offer, there is a rear parking lot, which is slightly larger but still not great because it has EV charging points that you must pay for. Although the car parks are somewhat small, it is a pleasure to drive to it around 12 miles. Just be cautious of the golfers since it is so busy at times.

Excellent place to stay. Reserved 2 nights to attend a conference with my team. The team gave us first-rate services ahead of demo and security. everything is within walking distance. Good experience while staying here.

Overall, I would not hesitate to come back. After the train strike, I made a reservation at Travelodge since I couldn't travel home on schedule. Without remaining in a shared room in a hostel or something comparable, it was the cheapest choice I could find. Check-in and check-out was both quite easy. My room was not the cleanest and had an odor of smoke. Some of the towels also had dirt stains on them. The bed is comfortable enough, and I did sleep well, even though there were some outside noises as to be expected in one of the busier parts of Birmingham, very near to popworld.

I highly recommend this travelodge. We now have two nights here. Although we have family who live nearby the travelodge, we reside in Massachusetts. The best location to stay is here. The staff is friendly and happy to be around them. Breakfast is excellent. The fried breakfast and toast were a hit with my husband. The fruit salad and yogurt were also delicious. A piece of toast, which I adored with the jam, I must confess. There was plenty of parking in the back, which was perfectly situated. A genuinely beautiful area to stay.

We would return. We just stayed the last night of the Ag luckily we had a room for 60 which was really nice. We walked to the stadium and back. Not in the best of places, but there is plenty of free parking on the spot which we took advantage of the following day as well when we walked into centenary square along the beautiful canal path. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. The room was basic, but an assurance of cleanliness in the bathroom was everything we needed. Make sure to wear earplugs though as it is noisy from the trains.

We will surely return to this hotel. When we checked in, the receptionist welcomed us, I believe his name was Rai. He was kind enough to ask us what type of room we wanted to stay in. We are a large family group so we didn't want to be too far apart. He carefully managed to put us in the same corridor, very professional guy. The rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent choice for vegetarians.

I came with a friend to celebrate my birthday. Everything was amazing! From the accommodation to dinner to breakfast. The staff was fantastic in every department, especially in the country kitchen! We had a beautiful meal and the staff went above and beyond by giving me a special birthday dessert plate. I was blown away by the fact that every passing staff member said happy birthday, a lovely touch. The room was brilliant, so clean, warm and comfortable. I had a great stay and can't wait to make a return reservation in the future!.
