Starting in February, we remained for two nights. I used the buyagift voucher, which I was given to me on my birthday. The receptionist was quite unfriendly when we got there. There weren't many amenities. He simply stated that we were entitled to a fee of 20 per night because it was Friday and Saturday and the parking space was 5 per night. He then attempted to sell the breakfast. We were unaware of the fee when we made the reservation over the phone, so it wasn't a good start. He seemed uninterested that we weren't informed, so we decided to pay an additional $50. I must admit, however, that the hotel is clean and cozy, and the service from both receptionists was excellent during our stay. The room was the ideal temperature, and the bed was cozy. Shops, bars, and dining venues are close to the city in ten minutes on foot from the town. We didn't use our automobile the entire time we were there. In a fantastic, well-located hotel, we had a fantastic stay. The Leamington spa is lovely and worthwhile a visit. Although the room required some tac, this did not affect our visit. It would have been helpful to have received the room's information early before the lovely women go out for the night. My only suggestion is to arrive early

We will stay here again. The good service is great. The friendly and well-run hotel with an excellent location. The restaurant is also very close to this place. We had a great experience and will definitely come back to stay there again. A minor issue with the room was quickly fixed and we were upgraded. I appreciate it.
