The place was basic but comfortable. The rooms had heating and hot water. The location was very good. Within a 400m radius, one could get onto the railway, city centre, main shopping centre and loads of eating places. Thank you Sadek, Sam and Carmelia, you made our stay there so enjoyable.

It was a lovely stay - basic room, but just what you need for a place to stay. Super close to the station, and so many restaurant and cafe just on the doorstep. Lovely staff.

As many others have said, the outside of the property doesn't look that nice, but once you step inside it is clean, bright and modern. Check in was easy and quick, room was large and clean with ensuite bathroom and had the usual facilities such as tea/coffee/soaps etc. Location is excellent. The bus station is directly behind, where you can pick up local or sightseeing busses, loads of popular chain restaurants and pubs with 1 min walk. High Street and shopping centre within 5 mins walk and an easy walk to most other town centre attractions. Would recommend.

We liked it. Definitely will book again. The only missing is hair dryer and a safe but i guess you can request one the reception. We did not need both during our stay so we are ok.

In terms of location alone, this is a worthwhile place to stay. The hotel is located very close to the railway station, and it is also located on the same street as many pubs and restaurants. It is really close to many of the main attractions of Oxford. The room is very spacious. There is plenty of space to store the contents of your luggage. The room was clean, and the hotel is very secure. There is a code to enter the hotel, which adds to the safety. In terms of price, it is good value for money.

Comfy bed, well situated for the bus station and bus stops. walking into town 10 minutes only. On street parking seemed to be permit only! go to Redbridge park and ride and leave your car there. the bus stops outside!. take earplugs because the music plays till 1.00am ish Hotel could do with refurbishing but for one or 2 nights amd at the price it was worth it

You cannot be at the location. It is close to everything. Situated literally next to the bus station, it has a wide range of amenities nearby. It is just a few minutes walk to all of the major attractions in Oxford. The staff is very kind and friendly, even if they don’t know a lot about running hotels and making beds. They are extremely responsive to any needs. Try to not think of this as much as a hotel as a really comfortable and quiet hostel. Try and get a room on the top floor if possible, as the nine nights, we spent there, almost every night above us was a reenactment of Riverdance, including sometimes people Cooking and bringing in a lot of very stinky food. That is against the rules, however. Although it is right above a bar, it is not very loud, except on Friday, and the music turns off at 1 AM. This was not a problem for us, as we were exhausted from travel. Some of the rooms have en suite bathrooms, and those are nice. Some have shared bathrooms. Be sure that you know what do you want. While this is an expensive hotel, it is much cheaper than the other hotels in the area. Be sure that you can walk up four or so flights of stairs to get to any of the rooms. If so, it is a place to stay.

Just spent one night here and it was way better than expected. A friendly welcome and a huge room and bathroom. The location is unbeatable too. We requested the fewest stairs so had the noisiest room directly above the nightclub with a bus station right outside. Could definitely hear both but I'd happily come back anyway. For the price, we were completely satisfied

The hotel itself was clean, easy to reach the city centre. However the name was different on the building. It was OXO hotel, they should change the name on the websites to stop the confusion as we went past multiple times looking for Euro Bar and Hotel. The parking wasn’t far too, which the car park would be full all the time, so was lucky to have a space. The staff was nice, very friendly. Our room was on the top floor so was lucky enough to have a private bathroom, as other rooms has a communal shared bathroom. The bar isn’t exactly connected to the hotel, you go back out onto the street and turn right. Overall it was worth the money, and I would definitely stay again as it was an easy reach to the city centre.

Love the location and the coziness. It is very quaint and charming. There is a strange pulsating alarm somewhere outside that has been going nonstop since we arrived yesterday afternoon. It made sleeping rather difficult. It’s so typically British…. Does no one else hear it? Does it not need to be attended to? I simply don’t get how the locals can just let it go for days and not shut it off. This sort of thing bewilders me. Also be advised there is a bus depot right behind so there is the beeping of vehicle alarms backing up. Fortunately that ends after 10:00 and if you are at the front of the building like we are you can only hear it when accessing the stairs.
