The property was great and only a 3-4minute train ride to Gatwick Airport. Lots of free food but people always seem to be messier people when stuff is free. If you are going to be a guest here don’t be a dick and clean up after yourself. Respect the awesome gesture of free food / laundry and if you are going to do laundry do 1 or 2 loads not 8 again don’t be a dick. The couple that are working the place are great and seem to always be busy working on something.

When we arrived we were greeted by Katie. She was very friendly and upbeat. She was very pleasant. Katie informed us that our room was not quite ready. We asked her what room we were in. She told us one on the 2nd floor. We asked if it would be possible to get one on the ground floor. She told us not a problem. When we came back from breakfast, our room was ready. I found that all the staff were very friendly. The room was small but when all do is sleep in it that was okay. Breakfast was a cook for yourself kind but it was very tasty. I would highly recommend the Flexistay Ambers Gatwick Aparthotel.

We wasn't expecting anything grand as the price we paid was cheap. Our room backed onto the bins where the laundry was but it wasn't a problem. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan as it was very hot and the small fan wasn't cool enough, again as we don't have great weather often enough here it wasn't a major problem we had no soap in the shower, minor problem, the mats do need replacing as they were turned over at corners so dangerous, the fridge was well stocked with breakfast items but we only had juice and cereal as we didn't want to cook. Our son & his wife had a wardrobe they were scared to touch as it was very rickety, they didn't have a kettle in the room either. We didn't see anyone other than guests, the intercom check in was fine but needed to be louder, overall this for us was perfectly fine and we will book again when we are in the area. BTW the toilets are Saniflow but they had a decent flush.

Det var et dejligt sted og fedt at have muligheden for selv at bestemme hvornår man ville have morgenmad, i og med at man selv skulle lave det. Det gav også muligheden for at planlægge sine dage i London by, når der ikke var bestemte morgenmadstider.

Very easy to check in even tho reception was closed, great to be able to use kitchen facilities on arrival and make breakfast when we wanted it in the morning before leaving for airport. Great stay and very convenient.

The place was so well kept, there was loads of food to choose from and plenty to eat at whatever time you wanted. It was a lovely stop over before going to Gatwick which is literally up the road.

Wifi was fast, breakfast was nice if you like cooking for yourself. But the biggest sell for us was the free washing machine and free dryer for laundry. That was a lifesaver after we've been traveling throughout Europe for so long and were dreading taking time out of our day to find a laundromat when instead we could be sightseeing. What a blessing!!!!
