Very new, quiet, large & comfortable room with a useful kitchenette. Close to the tram (very), Waverley & New Town - and probably on 20-25 mins walk to Edinburgh castle. Lots of trendy/good eateries nearby

While this is a no-frills hotel, the entire place is immaculate, the staff is very friendly, and the location is fantastic. Loads of restaurants, easy transportation, yet very quiet. We would absolutely stay there again.

It’s a very good apartment hotel! Bed very comfortable and clean, high quality bed sheets, modern kitchen, washer and dryer. 2 balcony. Definitely recommend! It’s a gem in Edinburgh!

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable. It was walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and were readilt available to assist or answer any questions one may have. Would definitely consider a return if we came to Scotland.

Air conditioning was a saviour in this heatwave. Very centrally located.staff are lovely. They gave us a room with such a nice view. There were 2 baby seagulls on the rooftops which made our mornings and evenings such a treat to watch. Amenities were great, especially with the washing machine. Linen was changed every 3-4 days so be mindful that this is an aparthotel. It was perfect for us, and the beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Good amount of storage for clothes. They also kindly allowed us to store our luggage as long as it's collected on the same day. Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay. This will be our go to place for our future Edinburgh trips(:

This was a very nice hotel. The reason I booked it was we were in Europe for an entire month and I needed a washer/dryer which was included in our room. It was a very nice washer/dryer unit. The staff were exceptional and I really liked conversing with them. The one thing I thought was odd is that the entrance looks like it is in an alley. When our Uber dropped us off, I thought we were at the wrong place. However, it is one block from downtown Edinburgh which we really came to love this city. It was so convenient to walk just everywhere. I felt safe there. Restaurants, stores, everything was just around the corner. I would stay again.

The location was super convenient and close to the tram stop. The front desk was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The option to have a mini kitchen was great for our stay. I will also highlight the air conditioning was great to have during the summer months where most places may not have that available. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it to friends!

The location is outstanding. Easy walking distance to both the Old and New Town, but on a small side street, so there is no noise at all. The facility is updated, clean, and comfortable. The staff is amazing: all there extremely helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Julietta, who was not only very helpful, but also always smiling and cheerful. The room is well-stocked with kitchen utensils and coffee, milk (even oat milk), tea, cookies. And you can always request additional supplies when needed. In-room washer/drier was very handy.

Lovely spot to feel like you’re living as a local. One bedroom is spacious, quiet, well-appointed, and seemingly brand new. Friendly staff and excellent proximity to Waverley train station, tram, busses, and walkable to many good spots.

Great location. Everything was great up until the last night when we had no hot water and could not take a shower nor wash our faces 😞 Do not expect to have cleaners every day. You can request clean towels and anything you need at the 24 hr. Reception 😀

Outstanding location and central to all the sites you want to see. Only issue was the noise from the pub below which you need ear plugs to block out the music but very convenient to have a few pints. We would definitely return

Çok merkezi lokasyonda. Oda bodrum katta olmasına rağmen ışık alıyordu. Oda büyük temizdi. Mutfak vs gerekli tüm malzemelere sahipti. Resepsyon görevlileri ilgili ve nazikti.
