Foyers House was our favorite place on our entire trip to Scotland. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the owners to the beautiful scenery and extraordinary food.

This is truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, from the amazing owners to the beautiful views to the clean and updated rooms, we could not have asked for better. Book dinner ahead of time, let them know you’re coming, then let them take care of you!

Foyers House is a pocket of paradise. Perfectly located overlooking Loch Ness. Though a car is necessary its ideally placed for visiting the area surrounding Loch Ness, Caledonian canal, Fort Augustus, Great Glen way..... The guesthouse is extremely clean & comfortable boasting a bar/deck with 100 whiskys and a super menu cooked by professional chef,Terry. Louise and Terry are very welcoming and attentive hosts. I was travelling solo & thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing stay.

Endroit en retrait magique. Le lieux est féerique, et bien situé. Les chambres sont très cosy et propres. Les repas sont très bons, frais et faits maison et le personnel très aimable. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Louise & Terry are wonderful hosts. Foyers House is located in a stunning location and Terrys haggis sauce is a defo must have! Great wee place and have recommended it to friends.

Un accueil chaleureux et convivial, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Les parties communes sont délicieusement aménagées pour y passer un agréable moment si l'envie vous prend, lectures et jeux de société à disposition. La chambre est très bien décorée, confortable et fonctionnelle, avec vue imprenable sur le Loch Ness pour un coucher de soleil magique. Les hôtes sont très investis et à l'écoute. Au petit restaurant, l'Écosse est toujours à l'honneur, délicieux et raffiné. Pour finir la journée, on peut y savourer un verre parmis plus de 200 références.

The room was spotless and very cozy. The owners were so kind - they were there to check us in when we arrived later in the evening and even helped us when we had car troubles the next morning. The perfect place to stay in the highlands.

The room was immaculate, the food excellent (thanks Terry), and the place ran like clockwork (thanks Louise). We had a great view over Loch Ness and there’s a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy drinks overlooking the Loch. Sadly no sightings of Nessie but this was possibly due to poor eyesight after indulging in their 200 bottle choice of whiskies. If we plan to be in the Foyers region in the future, we’ll be sure to stay at there again. Clearly, a team of Huddersfield born front of house allied to a Glaswegian chef is a winning combination!!
