My husband and I had a nice stay. I especially like the comfort of the beds, large towels, and helpful representative at the front desk

Our party was greeted with a smile. They were able to help us with holding our luggage for a couple days. The bed was very comfortable also!

The front desk guy Michael is absolutely amazing. Once traveled the world and stayed in hotels all over the world and I can honestly say he was the best, most helpfull, kind and fun person I've ever dealt with. Give him a big raise!

You cannot beat this location. Its im old town city center, but not close enough for the royal mile to be a problem with noise. The staff are brilliant, everything is walkable. And theres a cute café next door in case youve got to wait it out before check in. The staff were lovely, Ashley was very friendly and helpful at check in. Couldn't say enough good things.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff, some lovely personal touches including shortbread and hand written welcome on arrival, and my son was gifted a cuddly toy which made his day! Will definitely visit again.

After spending all day walking the royal mile, touring the Edinburgh castle, and eating Scottish food, the Fraser hotel made us feel like royalty. We were always greeted by cheerful staff who were ready to help with anything. The facilities were clean and tidy. Our suite had a gorgeous view of the city and had an antique charm to it. The laundry facilities were completely free and opened 24 hours a day. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Our stay at Fraser Suites was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our 30th anniversary celebration extra special. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and they surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine, delicious treats, and a thoughtful anniversary card. Such personal touches made us feel truly valued and welcomed. A special thank you to Reamy, who was an absolute delight. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local places to visit and things to do during our stay. The accommodations, hospitality, and exceptional customer service made this a memorable experience. We would definitely stay at Fraser Suites again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

An excellent apartment just steps from The Royal Mile. The staff were super nice and very helpful - ready to answer questions about local attractions and amenities like restaurants.

Frasier Suites was a wonderful place to stay! I will definitely return. The room was spacious (I had an executive studio), with a small kitchenette (micro, fridge, coffee spread, sink, silverware and dishes. My bed was HEAVEN extremely comfortable, there were marvelous fluffy pillows and I was happy to sink into it. The staff was fantastic, I saw a lot of Michael and Remy and they were both very helpful. Everyone was eager to help, my taxi to get to the airport was right on time on my last day, the lobby area was fabulous. I wanted to send out laundry and got up to get everything to the front desk by 9am, turned out the laundry place was not open that day. So check that out of you plan to send out laundry. These things did not bother me, but I will mention them for others....the bathroom looked like it was recently updated...fabulous shower, lots of hot water and good water pressure, however the room (while totally comfortable and large) could use a fresh coat of paint...I could have used larger garbage bins in the room....you can tell it is an old building, so not a "super luxe" hotel room like in Manhattan, but I was not there for that. It was clean and very nice to retreat to after a long day. I loved, loved having the large windows that actually opened so they could be cracked for fresh air. You can get your room cleaned (fresh towels, etc.) every day (or not) if you choose. The safe was easy to use and a real added bonus, for passports, etc. I recommend them highly
