When we arrived on specific, the waiter and kitchen were very accommodating. We will definitely come back.

Overall a pleasant experience and will definitely return. Finding the location not quite near Kirriemuir 15 miles into the glen, we eventually discovered the location not quite closekirriemuir. We were pleased, just the opposite. We were pleased. The dogfriendly room was in the stealing. Clearly quite new. The rooms were immaculate and tidy. Beautiful wooden furniture. Despite having all her belongings with us, the dogs bowl is provided. Like traveling with a child. Dinner was served in the conservatory area behind the bar. There were only people there, most likely because I asked if we could bring the dog. We decided to leave her in the room as she is a good girl with no separation issues. The clove burger was fantastic. He ordered the chilli, which he said was ok, but because he prefers spicy flavors it was a little mild for him. For dessert, he requested a banana sundae. It began here. The dried banana was the banana. Something that shatters the teeth. Disappointed, but ate the cream, ice cream, and toffee. Not to waste. Lol.

A fantastic location but a typical example of the Scottish hospitality sector. The climbers bar was cozy, and the service was courteous and fast. However, sadly, what was produced could have easily been much better, which is typical across Scotland. The sandwiches were made of mass-produced sliced white bread that, although not stale, wasn't fresh. It certainly wasn't stale white farmhouse bread, but the chicken bacon mayo sandwich's filling was utterly bland or unimpressive. Only a few lumps of pasty white chicken and some bacon crumbs. Because it was ordered with the soup, which was fine, the accompanying salad was missing. Like the warm crusty bread promised, the grilled vegetable version contained most large pieces of red onion and some other vegetation we couldn't identify. I understand that their location means they are at the end of a lengthy supply chain, and perhaps fresh seasonal seasonal ingredients are a bridge too far. Yet that does not eliminate such deceived presentation or lack of effort to make it appear remotely appealing. For 20, it should and could have been significantly better with a little thought and effort and minimal additional cost. I know we should have complained at the time, but we wanted to walk and honestly, we didn't think it would make any difference to what had been provided. However, the best way

We would not hesitate to suggest Glencoe Hotel to anyone considering choosing it as their wedding venue. Last September, we celebrated our wedding at the Glen Clove Hotel, and it was fantastic! The scenery is truly breathtaking, and it sets back wedding photographs in an amazing manner. We had our vows in the kirk, which is a 30-second walk away from the hotel. It was the hotel who suggested this option, and again, it was just another detail that felt quite special to us and that we didn't think we would have been offered with other venues we had looked at. However, there were many other options within the hotel we could have considered as well. We had guests staying in both hotel rooms and lodges, and I know that everyone was very impressed by the standard and quality of their rooms and lodges. Especially those who stayed in lodges still remark on how excellent they were! We stayed in the honeymoon suite, a nights stay that was included in the wedding package, and the lodge next to it, and we were astounded by the cleanliness and amenities, including a bottle of prosecco chilling in the fridge! This was the case for everyone who stayed in lodges. The meal was also fantastic, and we had a good time, with the bbd hosted by the hotel the night before our wedding, our wedding breakfast, and another evening meal the day after. Again
