I could not recommend this more highly. I can't even recall how I discovered this hotel, but I'm glad we stayed here! Up on the first floor, it is quite quiet, and all the rooms are quite comfortable and equipped with everything you need. I adore the sitting area where you can enjoy free ice cream and cupcakes! Breakfast was also a nice addition that got our day started! Google Maps didn't seem to like it's location, but that might have been a user error. Very convenient for strolling around Glasgow and getting off the train the next day.

We had a fantastic time there, I think. We stayed 3 nights, and our room overlooked the central station's roof, which is the most glassed roof in the world! It seemed lovely at night. The chilly blue of the sky is complemented by the soft yellows of our cozy room. It was peaceful even though it was above the station. We had an unintentional reservation for a double room with one double bed. We did not intend to share the bed with anyone! They brought us a tiny bed out and placed it in the room. The entire hotel was warm, clean, peaceful, and elegant. The decor was contemporary. We spent a lot of time in the lounge area, a tiny space off the corridor where you could sit and read, have access to endless vegan and non-vegan cupcakes, and have access to endless vegan and non-vegan cupcakes, ice cream, tea, and milk soya for us, and the lovely station roof. Nothing was too much bother, and we felt very taken care of. They really put our organism into good use of soya milk, vegan sausages that they cooked in advance, and margarine. One of the lovely staff members who works on night shift even made us vegan cupcakes! She promises that it will be a regular occurrence!

This place is recommended as a place to stay in Glasgow. This is an excellent location to stay in the centre of Glasgow, especially close to the central station, shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel is on the first floor of an old sandstone structure that has recently been renovated. It is exquisitely designed and organized into two parallel corridors. Although the room was small, it was well-designed, comfortable, and peaceful in its central location. The two rooms had coat hooks, which one of us had, and these were needed to keep organized in the tiny space, but otherwise, the rooms were nice and sound. The shower was excellent, however, one morning one failed to produce hot water. The fact that other guests were showering left the tank empty, as is the cause. The seating area is a wonderful concept, as are the complimentary cupcakes, ice cream, and the honesty bar's wine and beer. The staff was really welcoming and helpful, although the breakfast was a little cramped.

The staff will assist you in getting you around what a wonderful grasshopper we appear to have discovered! The nest is Yorkshire because it allows you to feel the cold easily. Come snuggle right up where the grasshopper lives and hear what a friendly chirp it produces. There are cupcakes to go, and the rooms are just right, and all the personnel greete you with a smile. Ice creams if you're hot, cup cakes if not, and it's all homemade, not commercial, and there is never one pint of fresh milk on demand for your coffee and tea, as much as you wish, and it's all free. The linen is brand-new, and even the nest will be warm enough wrapped in its cotton mesh. The dinners were excellent, we enjoyed every bit, and there was no rush, so we could stay and just relax. And theres even a poem! From Jane, the queen bee? Or is she a visitor, someone like me? The staff helps you find something incredible grasshopper we appear to have discovered!

The single rooms open onto light shafts and lack exterior views. The breakfast was great and the hotel staff were really helpful. The biggest complaint with this hotel is the shower. It took a while for the water to warm up, and the shower floor was too slick for comfort. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed in a spacious, comfortable double room. It was on the station side of the hotel, quiet and had a great view of the station roof. The breakfast was great.
