With my husband, I stayed at this nice place. The location is excellent, the friendliness of the hosts is excellent and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious, and Charlotte has no problems with that. This place was also clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

We've made another trip to this lovely family-run hotel, and we're hoping to do so again the following year. The location is close to the city center and the clock tower, and it's just a few minutes away. The front rooms have amazing views of the beach and the sea, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you have an appetite, a tasty English breakfast is served in the morning, with lots of tea and toast.

We stayed at the hotel for a week during our vacation, and it was wonderful. Gemstones is a lovely little hotel that is clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also lovely and bright. Colin and Caroline are very friendly and go above and beyond for you. I even inquired if there were fans available, and there were already fans in our rooms when we arrived. Gemstones is the place to stay if you want a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced hotel close to the town center. Will definitely be back!.

Gemstones is conveniently situated on the seafront, about 50 meters from the clock tower. Charlotte and Colin make you feel warm and comfortable. The hotel has 10 bedrooms spread across 3 floors. Our room overlooking the sea was very comfortable, had a flat-screen TV with a remote and tea and coffee-making facilities. The ensure bathroom had a shower cubicle, wash basin, and we. Toiletries and a hairdryer were available. A well-cooked full english breakfast is included in the price. We had a great time and look forward to returning later this year. Please note that although there are ground floor rooms available, the breakfast room is on the ground floor. For those with mobility issues, calling before booking may be a good idea.

I will be back to stay at this hotel again. The room was very clean and tidy and well-kept. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of tea, toast and cereal. The breakfast was cooked really well, with a lot of fresh tea and bread.
