We remained at Heritage News until December. Booking went smoothly, and the manager provided helpful information. A code was generated shortly before check-in, and everything went without a hitch. Nottingham's central location gives it easy access on foot to whatever you could want to see. Although we had reserved a parking spot at a nearby nap parking lot, parking is not available. On arrival, there was an option to wait outside for a few minutes while loading up upon departure. Sadly, the apartment's communal hallways and stairs appeared dirty and filthy, which didn't make a lovely first impression. Given the neighborhood position, the apartment was spacious enough for the three of us and was charmingly tranquil. Unfortunately, it wasn't as spotless as I would have anticipated. There were several dusty areas there, including some furniture and floors' corners. All of the kitchen's utensils felt a little dirty. I'm not confident that the coffee maker and toaster had been cleaned for a while. Finally, the carpet needed a thorough cleaning. It showed several soiled marks. The towels and linens were clean, even though they were of poor quality and had clearly been in use for a long time. They could not be hygienic. Very nice, clean, quiet, and cozy location. Little accommodation with all necessary amenities. Big touchscreen, AC hot and cold fridge. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. You can't tell from outside how big it is and there are numerous suits inside. Manager jeff is very helpful and friendly and will assist you in getting around. The room has a mini kitchen inside you can cook your own. There was a new old-school room built that has all the amenities inside like washing machine, fridge, etc you will not miss your home here. Perfect location for short stay long stay in nottingham. Almost in the heart of the city center, aside from the National Justice Museum. Scenic view around. 50100 meters from the baseball and piano happening place. Price is reasonable. Host jeff is helping if more is required. 100 reviews for this place.

Very disappointing. On April 1st, my boyfriend and I stayed here. Jeff was very kind and helped us at every turn. He was efficient in arranging presents for our calverton room and was always ready to assist. Nice and neat room with very modern technology that makes it simple and special. We were able to enjoy the afternoon sun from the clean outside patio. Thank you for that, I will be back! thanks, Stacy.

Great little apartments in a great location. We stayed in the tambor suite and it was very comfortable, has lovely decor and we didn't hear any noise from anywhere. Has all the amenities you would need and great value for money. The host was very helpful and very friendly.
