Arrived and was greeted very nicely by a member of staff at reception. I have a few mobility issues even tho not disabled but he found me a ground floor room with walk in shower. Room was nice and clean and a very comfy bed. Was for 4 nights and everything was great. Would definitely return when back down in area.

Stayed here for 2 nights while working in the Kent area and it’s a great hotel. Large free car park if you are a resident and you must register your number plate in reception, really friendly lady on reception. I requested a high floor and that’s what I received. Nice sized room which you would expect from Holiday Inn, decent restaurant and bar area with a nice beer garden. Would recommend if staying in the middle of Kent and not far from Dover.

We had a very comfortable overnight stay. Because we could not have breakfast as we were leaving at 6 am for the channel tunnel we ordered a takeaway breakfast. It was ready at 6 am and good value. Very much appreciated.

Very clean . Great friendly staff especially housekeeping and the nice lady for breakfast . Could be updated in general the entire place but bed was comfy because the sheets were spotless and ironed they use a service . Nice bath after a long day at the tunnel .

The attractive exposed timber in the restaurant. The roomy bedroom. The lovely modern bathroom. But most of all the fantastic staff who were the most helpful I have experienced for a long time.

Hotel is old building with lot of character. Rooms comfy,but sadly no in room safe. Buffet breakfast was very good. Hot and cold items. Free on site parking is good as Ashford parking is £2.30 per hour. Would recommend this hotel.

The day staff was ever nice and polite but when we arrived but from are wedding we had to wait about 20/30 minutes for the night staff to come back to the reception even when talking to him on the phone and when he did turn up his attitude was horrible he didn't care didn't apologise or anything he didn't look like he could be bothered
