Great comfortable stay for a stop over after a busy day at Alton towers. Comfy beds, quiet room with drink and snacks available at reception for the kids to take to the room. Also coffee to go which was very good. Great breakfast to fill up on ready for another day.

We had a really good 2 nights here. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room was cleaned/ towels changed/beds mad everyday. Breakfast was brilliant, everything you could want. Rooms were quiet and had good nights sleep.staff were friendly and helpful. Large car park Loved the mcdonalds and restaurant opposite. Only 2 downsides, no drawers (plenty of shelves but miss a drawer) Little further away from Alton Towers than we initially reallised but i believe distance is as crow flies.

I was met by Eden I think her name was . Wonderful member of staff, answered all my questions about the area and allergies for my children . Met her again at the bar later . Quick service and lovely chat with her . At breakfast she was very helpful too. Hotel very clean , staff friendly , loads of parking, great value . Just wonderful

Great hotel, very good location, right off the motorway. Great for an overnight stop if you are travelling with kids. There is a super grill restaurant and a McDonald's in the same parking area. Prices were good too for the 4 of us.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were very good, complimentary breakfast was brilliant. Location was great next to M6, but you could hear the cars at night, but wasn’t too bad. My only negative was that the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable, but as we were so tired it didn’t really matter too much! Great value all round and would stay again

brilliant stay as always , reception staff super friendly and welcoming ,nothing too much trouble , down to stay for Crufts with our 4 legged friends , lovely new addition is the welcome packs for our dogs and towels for mucky paws provided , £25 charge for the dogs a bit expensive though ,,added to the cost of the room , please rethink making the dog charge a bit less expensive for next year ,We travel over 300 miles from dundee in scotland ,and stay at Holiday Inn every year for Crufts ,its an expensive enough trip without having £25 charge added to the room cost for the dog , a nominal fee of £10 would surely be more reasonable

Arrived absolutely frozen to the bone having spent 10 hours out in the cold. Swiftly checked in by the very lovely reception team. Room was toasty warm, clean and fresh. Breakfast was superb. Thank you to everyone who looked after me and Little Louie during our stay.
