This place is a real gem! location is excellent, the pool and jacuzzi is AWSOME with amazing views, the food is top notch, my room was excellent - but above everything was the staff - ALL EXCELLENT!! made my stay perfect - Big thanks AMAZING!!!

This hotel surprised us with how comfy the room was and how good the shower was. Our breakfast was included and had great variety and options! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was worth it too. Staff always chatted and felt welcoming. We would love to return.

The views were unbelievable. The rooms were very good and comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff very attentive. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night on the way back from our planned visit to Skye.

The hotel itself maintains a gentle charm—warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for recharging away from the bustle. A special mention goes to the incredible staff who made our stay feel effortlessly relaxed—always attentive yet never intrusive. Breakfasts were wholesome and comforting, and the vegetarian dinner was a pleasant surprise, offering a thoughtfully prepared meal that didn’t feel like an afterthought. Whether you’re watching the mist roll in from your window or simply soaking in the silence, the Holly Tree Hotel proves that even rainy days can be restorative.

I stayed in a deluxe king room with a view. The view was amazing! We had a nice e little deck. The hotel dining was convenient and the food was pretty good. The full Scottish Breakfast was great! The bed was firm, which wasn't my preference but my husband liked it. I would stay here again.
