We have family in Bournemouth so visit regularly. The Miramar is our favourite hotel. Well located, good parking, very clean and lovely staff.

Ik heb een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel, dat altijd behulpzaam en gastvrij was. De kamer was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het bed sliep heerlijk en zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers, met veel keuze voor ieders smaak. Ook de ligging van het hotel was ideaal: dicht bij bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, maar toch heerlijk rustig. Al met al was het een fantastische ervaring. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een comfortabel, schoon en gastvrij verblijf. Ik kom hier graag nog eens terug!

My daughter and I have come to Bournemouth every year at this time for the cheer event, and have stayed in a variety of places. None of them have been what they claimed on their websites - mostly shambolic, run down and a bit grubby. Miramar is none of these things - finally a well maintained, pretty hotel with a sea view that is even nicer than the photos. And unlike any of the other places we've stayed, who've always put us in the smallest, grottiest room with a tiny window overlooking the carpark, we were given one of the nicest rooms, with a balcony and a sea view, and were treated like royalty. Even at dinner, we were taken to a table by the window with a view. The staff are delightful. And dinner and breakfast were delicious. I can't tell you how much this meant to us - a perfect antidote to what was otherwise an emotional visit and the end of an era. Thanks Miramar for making it special.

Outstanding doesn’t do hotel Miramar credit. It’s wonderful I went away a single mum with my 2yr old son and they made my stay so easy. Nothing was too much trouble! Just wonderful I can’t thank you enough the staff are so attentive and loving towards my son. Thank you

First of all, the staff were so lovely - the gentleman that greeted me was so friendly and helpful, he really brought a smile to my face. He was also the person that bid me farewell as I left and was just as pleasant then, leaving me with a really great impression. The room was small, but very clean and totally perfect for a solo traveller like me. I entered through the carpark/street side of the hotel and was totally oblivious to the view out the front of the hotel until the next morning - what a beautiful surprise. The weather was a bit grey and drizzly, but the view out over the sea was really breathtaking - don't miss it! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel, has an old school country club feel about it, with lovely grounds to the front overlooking the sea. The night I stayed, there was a fantastic Jazz evening followed by someone playing a few tunes on the babygrand piano (me!). Short walk to the centre and main attractions. Like an oasis in an urban dessert, I cannot recommend it enough. I look forward to a return visit soon.
