It's been a pleasure last night at the restaurant. All the employees were fantastic, especially the young waiter who had been assigned to our table, Becca. Becca was such a cheerful and present person, her manners and conversation certainly enhanced our evening. She is a pillar of your organization's success. Every meal, including appetizers, main courses, and dessert, was excellent and totally exceeded our expectations. The fact that the main course came out a little too quickly after the starters is the only thing I could criticize, but having said that, we didn't have to be in a rush at all, and we enjoyed our night for the best part of three hours. We appreciate all the employees.

The location was great. The location was also strategically located near the cathedral and close to bars, restaurants, shops, and not far to walk to the beautiful waterfront. The price is very reasonably priced, which we would definitely stay again but only if the bar restaurant is open. We booked this accommodation as it was central and had a bar restaurant. When we arrived we were very disappointed to learn that the bar restaurant was closed Monday through Friday, the very day we reserved our room number 1. The room was basic but clean and overlooked a major road, but with the secondary double glazing, we found it quiet, the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries are not provided, but we always bring our own. Our room was cleaned each day with new towels, which was a nice surprise.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a jubilee weekend to spend it together. Our visit got off to a good start. easy checking. staff that is courteous. Excellent central location. The room itself was very spacious, but the bathroom left us disappointed. The shower bottom and edges were covered in grime. Bathroom smelt from the sewer. We ignored bathroom issues and worked away all night until we found blood stains on our bed linens. Gross! We werent able to request new bedding because the pub was closed and all staff had left the building. Around 11 p.m., we returned to our room to discover a boom boom. Next to the bar is a nightclub. The music was rather loud and vibrated on the walls. To round out the night, there was a taxi stop across the street. This also created a lot of noise. The nightclub had ended at 400 in the morning. It was around 430 when we finally slept. We were purged despite checkouts at 1800 p.m. We played 90 for the entire night. I wouldnt advise staying here, and Id advise booking a room at the Premier Inn rather.

Overall, we had a good experience. During check-in, they provide a helpful and easy to work with. The room was located in front of the hotel on a busy street. There are double windows, but when they are closed, the room becomes hot and has no air. The bed was extremely comfy. The shower was large and hot. The room was spacious.

This hotel has a nice hotel. The hotel looks tidy and has free parking. The room is clean and tidy. The place is in a good location for sightseeing. The young woman who greeted us was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the food looks ok but I didn't eat here but it was tasty. The cathedral and castle are 15 and 15 minutes walking up a steep hill, but that's about it.
