Efficient service, room was great - clean, modern and had all that was needed. Nice touch to include a soft pillow as an alternative option to the two ‘firm’ pillows on the bed. Comfortable sleep and short walk to airport.

This place is right at the airport. Super convenient for early morning flights. The bar is open 24 hours if you need any drinks, which is great. The room was spotless, even though it was a bit small. I found it suited my needs perfectly. The only thing missing is on-site hotel parking, though it wasn't an issue for me particularly.

Great place to stay the night before an early flight. Only a short walk from the airport. Warm and quick check in. Room had everything you need and was very quiet. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would definitely stay here again.

Site restaurant was handy with a great cheeseburger. Bed was great with 4 pillows for each of us. It’s several miles from the airport, so be sure to plan for the shuttle/taxi ride.

As Ibis restaurant was extremely busy, used sister hotel Novotel for dinner and breakfast. Both hotel staffs were professional, and on top of jobs. Ibis supplied request for soft pillows gave lovely sleep. Clean room. Excellent meals at affordable prices.

Friendly staff and helpful especially when we arrived the room allocated 402 was found to have a dirty stain on carpet and room smelt of cigarettes the staff straight away moved us to another room 408 and were very apologetic… The breakfast is plenty and lots to choose from Hotel ideal for Airport and NEC
