Very pleasant staff when arrived. Had to park on the street though as car park was full. The room had a smelly shower drain. ‘Dot’ attempted to fix it but decided to move us. Excellent and newly refurbished room on the top floor. Staff are so friendly and attentive. Nice continental breakfast. ‘Dot’ was working at breakfast too - nothing was too much trouble. This lady needs a promotion!! Thank you

My partner an I stayed over for one night after seeing Lilly Allen in Birmingham and it was amazing!. We were really impressed with the staff and the car parking. The room was really clean and considering it was unbearably hot outside the room was cool and nice to sleep in.

I was a bit apprehensive with it being a budget hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised. The reception team made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I work in customer service I give these guys 10/10. My room was very quiet and this past week I have had the best nights sleeps I have in a long while. The room was cleaned every day. I am one very happy customer! See you on my next visit 🙂
