The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was also good, but it's expensive. There are so many foods and delicious dishes to choose from, not just mushrooms, veg sausage, and fried eggs. There was also one rude staff member that didn't like it. I would also rather have found another friend who would treat her well. Excellent housekeeping staff who are very kind and helpful.

We spent one night here when we were in town for a gig at Echo. First and foremost, the position is excellent, directly across the street from the Albert Docks, arena, and all dockside attractions. We arrived by car, and the parking lot turn off is a bit hard to see, but overnight parking costs 8 dollars. The front desk is next to the bar inside, and we booked in after 1400 via a staff member using a smartphone. Checkin was simple, and the staff was very helpful even though they were a little rushed. Hot food is available 24 hours a day from the bar, and you can bring it back to your room with a tray. At around 2300 at night, at another guest's suggestion, I ordered two coffees and a pepperoni pizza, and a very helpful guy was again very friendly and approachable. The room itself was tidy, compact, and comfortable. The furnishings and fixtures were all of a high standard, and there was a tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Overall, a great stay for a great price.

I like the cheap price of the room, it's in the city center, close to Alexander Dock and the city center. Also, I like the ibis which I got this year. Besides that, there was a problem with the to, which can be a weather issue, although it only got 2 channels on one night, and the next day was even better.

This is my second visit to this place and I would stay there again. The location is excellent, it's clean and efficient, the staff is also friendly and helpful but not too loud, and it's also the best self-service breakfast, even if there is a large number of guests eating it.

We couldn't sleep with the noise, which was unbearably loud. And when the kitchen was serving breakfast right below us and the room was smoking, we were unable to close the window. We had very poor sleep while we were there. Our trip started well, but before making a reservation, we requested a dock view, but the parking lot's back end was our view. The aircorn didn't work, the room was hot and stuffy, and the room was overloaded. When we opened the window to let some air in, we were greeted by a loud generator that was immediately right outside our window. The glass bins were emptied directly outside our window on the first night, at 5 am in the morning. The bin people arrived at 5. Am to empty the bins right outside the window. The delivery guy arrived at that hour and moved cages from and to the van. I recognize bins should be empty and deliveries should be brought in, but on those days, people shouldn't be placed in the room directly above where everything is happening. We couldn't sleep as the sound was absurdly loud. The kitchen was preparing breakfast just below us and the room was roasting. Not at all happy.
