We were going to a concert at the O2 and we would normally stop in central London and get the boat down. This time we thought we would try The Intercontinental as it was next door. So glad we did, getting back to our room after a five minute walk was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and down to earth even though it was a top class hotel. We paid extra for the breakfast which was definitely worth, a really good range of quality food. The room itself was very nice, clean and well equipped. We would definitely return when we visit the O2 again

Fantastisk hotel, helt klart 5 stjerner værd. Vi var der i forbindelse med en koncert i O2 arena og det lå klods op af, så der var luksus. Vil dog kun besøge det i forbindelse med koncerter, da det ligger lidt væk fra alting, men her var det perfekt.

Room was lovely! Very clean, decorated nicely, shower and bath were great. Breakfast was wonderful, a grand selection for both the continental and cooked breakfast. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. Only slight moan is that for the price of the room the tea/coffee station was very poorly stocked.

My friend and I stayed here to go to a concert at the 02. We were upgraded as it was our first visit thank you lovely views looking over the Thames. Fantastic hotel with wonderful facilities and a great view of London from the bar at night. The people who work there are very friendly and more than happy to help. I would definitely use this hotel again for an event at the O2 arena as there is an adjoining pathway to the arena. The room was spotless and the bed was the most comfortable I think I have ever slept in. The breakfast was very comprehensive and welcome in the morning. Getting there is easy as the jubilee line is a 5 minute walk.
