This is my first time staying in this hotel. This hotel has professional staff, however there are not many available. The location is great, with clean rooms, a good breakfast, disabled guests being catered for. In the basement room, the view of the courtyard is different from other hotels. The atmosphere is nice and the breakfast is good too. I hope to stay here again.

Children under 12 years old will be charged GBP 10 per night when using existing bed.
Guest can book breakfast at their arrival for GBP 7 per person.
Guests are required to wear a mask and gloves at the time of check-in, and have to fill out a medical check-up form together with the registration form.
Lunch boxes can be provided at GBP 5.99 per person (must be ordered with the receptionist on arrival).
Travel cot, iron and iron board are available at no extra cost.
Breakfast information: Continental Buffett Breakfast is available daily at the hotel from 08:30 AM till 09:30 AM. Afternoon cakes and drinks served daily from 11:00 AM till 05:00 PM.
Non-Alcohol drinks are served at the Property in our little lounge area all day long.

Parking Information: Parking in Conwy’s pay and display car parks is free for blue badge holders in the designated disabled bays.
The guest must display the Blue Badge and the time clock, if applicable.
Blue Badge holders parking in a general bay will need to buy and display a ticket.
Blue Badge holders can park for free in any bay in on-street pay and display areas. There are some designated disabled bays on the Parade in Llandudno and Colwyn Bay Promenade.

Access to rooms: the property does not have or promise any facilities for disabled people. A lift is available in the Main hotel but the managers will not take the responsibility in case of a breakdown and the property does not offer compensation for this reason. If the guest struggle with stairs or has any other breathing difficulty this property may not be suitable.
A lift is available in the hotel only (and not in the Annex building -which accommodates Small Double Rooms ) but Mobility Scooters, Wheel Chairs, or Push Chairs cannot use the lift.

The reception bar is available for take-away drinks only and is open from 3 PM until 9 PM.
