Ive stayed here a few times, but it has recently been renovated, giving some of the now dated top hotels in london a run for their money. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Went even further to celebrate my birthday. We are regular customers to jumeirah hotels around the world, and this was one of the best hotel stays ive had in a long time. A musttry french toast at al Mare for breakfast!.

I have lived in this city for over a decade and now jct is my home whenever i return to london. Its perfect. My family and i love the feel, rooms, dining, service and of course the location. Jumeirah is always a cut above the rest! Its all about the little things that make it special.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, but the service could have been better. Staff members did not come and check on me after the food was served or replenish my water.

If youre looking for an exceptional hotel, this is the place to stay. Arrived early in the morning (the room wasnt ready yet) and had a cappuccino with oat milk in the lobby lounge. Very delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and competent and we immediately felt at home. The room was decorated with love by Roberto and Gabriella. Never received such a warm and magical welcome. The gym / views from up there are epic.

We had a drink at the restaurant this evening. The chinoiserie is located in the ground floor lobby and feels more like a lounge than a restaurant. We ordered two luxury hot chocolates and a rose / pineapple latte. All the drinks arrived lukewarm. The hot chocolates were sickening and too rich, the cookies tasted burnt, and the dulce de leche was very sweet. Not worth ps 18 per person. The best thing was the tap water with lemon and mint. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and relaxing.

I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. Its a hidden gem, a spectacular hotel with great function spaces, i was surprised i hadnt been there before. The staff and service are exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended. Credit to the team for their outstanding service, fantastic restaurants, fantastic location, and most importantly, attention to detail. The hotel and rooms have been completely renovated to the highest standards, and the bed is spacious and extremely comfortable.

The staff is courteous and patient. The service was excellent and prompt. The french toast was delicious, and the tripe hot chocolate coffee was delectable. The ideal location for a postlate lunch or shopping trip, and conveniently located in knightsbridge for sharing dessert with a loved one. Would definitely return!.

We didnt stay here, we just used the spa and ate at al Mare restaurant. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, and the poolside chairs had privacy curtains, which was nice. The sauna left much to be desired. The heat distribution was uneven, so i had to stand up to get the full effect. The al Mare restaurant was really good. Everything we had was excellent. And the seating arrangement gave us some privacy while still feeling like an open lounge restaurant. We didnt use the gym, but we went to check it out. Its very well equipped and could replace my regular gym. Great views too.

6star service. The hotel is magnificent. We had adjoining rooms for 3 children and 2 parents. Normally, i would be a little hesitant to stay somewhere so flash with the kids, but the staff (Alexis, darius, Claudia, and hana) made the stay so special for them each day, doing something new for them. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal. Perfect for supercar spotting!.

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel in london. Strongly advised. Every aspect of the design and accommodation is exquisite, and the location wow, makes you feel right at home. Its wonderful to witness true luxury finally at its peak. Every single employee is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is enjoyable. The best hotel gym in london, as well as a fantastic pool and facilities. Fantastic for both work and leisure. Excellent experience, ill definitely be returning!.
