Among the most perfect places ever. The grounds and surrounding area are stunning. It is a short taxi ride to the centre of Edinburgh but in a gorgeous and peaceful location where you can truly, just I. My husband and I had a wonderful time, albeit unfortunately too short! I am glad to return soon. Karen and Geoff are wonderful hosts, friendly and incredibly accommodating they went out of their way to help us, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was made with love and Scottish magic, and it had to be the best breakfast Ive ever had, and Ive eaten many times. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short by circumstances beyond our control, and karen did an excellent job. The room was lovely, nicely appointed, and immaculately clean.

Booked last minute and I'm so glad I did. The studio is pet-friendly, the interior is stunning, and the room is spotless, and the bed is amazing. The location is very good, and the walks are fun. Not too far from Edinburgh, making it an ideal place to stay. A lovely, calm, relaxing place that is so worth seeing. Also, there is another bungalow you can book with a hot tub. Please ensure that all of your accommodations are properly covered.

We had the privilege of staying at just I for three nights, and it was just what we needed. The location is ideal, giving you countryside peace and an ideal place to go into Edinburgh itself. The bus is mostly at your doorstep, and for 1. 80 and regular buses, you can't go wrong. Breakfast was without a doubt our favorite, the breakfast room is gorgeous and emits a peaceful atmosphere. The food was delicious every day, and we could not complain. Our room was the perfect size for us, and we loved that it had a sofa next to the bay window. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was what we needed, we are not the tallest, so it didn't bother us, but I imagine anyone over aft would struggle in the shower. Would love to return in a warmer month to take full advantage of the garden and fire pit appeared to be so peaceful. Overall, I would highly suggest it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

Where should I begin? Karen was fantastic, made us feel at home from the minute we arrived, and made the entire visit a pleasant one. We stayed in the studio, which was perfect for my wife and me. The airport and Edinburgh City Center were both conveniently close by. The staff had good facilities, 10 out of 10. Nothing was too much to ask for, our space was respected, and we always believed that Karen would be there to assist if needed. Karen had extensive local knowledge and was always able to give us suggestions and options for any plans we had. Every day, breakfast is prepared with a wide variety of locally grown foods, and meets all of our needs. We appreciate your assistance for our mini vacation, we'll be back one day.

They must try this. I didn't know what to anticipate when I just arrived at this retreat. Karen and Geoff are lovely hosts. The room we were in was lovely, clean, and comfy. It was super comfy because the mattress had blankets on it. The breakfast was amazing. The soothing, holistic music is playing and the yogurt pot that is brought out is amazing. Both the pancakes and the porridge were the best.
