The hotel is located in a residential area. The room is very clean and spacious, with windows open, and the bed is comfy with a nice cup, coffee maker, and refrigerator in the room, plus you can go to the bathroom or shower. It's quiet and relaxing and we had a good sleep. The shower is modern, but little. The shower is powerful and shampoo is available. The door code is given, a demonstration is given, and you can come and go as you please. I provided a continental breakfast for a little fee. Very reasonable and in a great location, even if you're not playing tennis. The hosts are lovely, and they would be a good decision.

I was so happy to stay at Kate Londons again. It is such a peaceful place to be. I appreciate Mitsuko and his family being so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and roomy with the most comfortable bed and lovely linen. I hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful, spotless, and cozy bed and breakfast with very welcoming and helpful hosts. Excellent value for the money, especially for London. The continental breakfast was excellent with a wonderful selection of items, including fruit juice, fresh fruit salad, cheese and cold meats, tea, coffee, pastries, various breads, boiled eggs, and fruit salad. The location was close to the local attractions and Wimbledon, but in a peaceful residential area with private off-street parking. Thank you for the nice short two-night stay overall.

This is our second visit, a really nice place. Everything is spotless clean, pleasant, warm and comfortable, and clean towels are provided daily. Free parking on the street. Short walk to the tube station. A calm place. We will be back.
