Rent rum som städas varje dag, bra luftkonditionering som gör det bekvämligt varma dagar och nätter. Trevlig personal och bra frukost som håller en mätt större delen av dagen.

Lovely location (perect for Olympia), excellent aircon and comfy bed. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - they couldn't have done more for me, especially Anastasia. I had an issue with the rattling door on room B3, which woke me up in the early hours and kept me awake. Anastasia managed to change my room over for the 2nd night. I would happily stay again.

The room was very clean, great size bed, great air conditioning , yummy breakfast! Just needed to clean the cobwebs off the out door table and chairs! Staff was very good! Surprised it was a basement suite but everything was great!

Quiet location, spacious and lots of storage. Very courteous staff and full breakfast. Pleasant 10-15 minute walk to 3 underground stations, groceries, etc.

Booked 3 double rooms all clean and tidy. The only complaint was the ground floor basement room was next to the kitchen and very noisy at breakfast time with no window or view! Make sure you dont get this one! Breakfast was lovely though. 😁

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kensington prime a very enjoyable boutique hotel in a great location near Olympia station could get around from there to anywhere. We enjoyed comfy beds and great designs of the room and interior that made it feel homey. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or other activities but seemed like there was everything available. Our only feedback was lack of a proper shower curtain but that’s minor! You will enjoy staying here.

The staff was still nice and helpful. The breakfast was just enough to get your day stated. The room service they offer was bad, food was cool although a lot, and they substituted our desserts, so very disappointing. I did realize the day after we checked out I had left my medical boot in the closet. Attempts to get in touch with the hotel regarding this has been disappointing, no answers or responses via email or text

Stayed for one night in the standard double, small but cosy. Very clean room, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was a great addition. Would recommend and stay again!
