My husband and I visited for a relaxing break for our 20th wedding anniversary. This delightful hotel and spa is set in beautiful surroundings, with every amenity you could possibly desire. The rooms are lovely and the staff are all helpful and friendly. The treatments we had from the clearly, very experienced and highly professional staff in the spa were wonderful and deeply relaxing, these ladies are amazing! The food was all lovely, with a good variety for all. We will be returning.

Amazing hotel. Lovey spacious room with added bonus of a free upgrade which included private hot tub on the balcony. We love the spa and have visited it previously. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good plenty of choice. Topped off a great trip to the lakes, we will be back

Love this hotel… and been here twice now and a great welcome from Justine. However the breakfast offering seems to be out of kilter with the rest of the service in the hotel, spa and pub. When you arrive they show you to a table and that’s it after that it’s a nightmare, you have to get your own tea and coffee and then have to carry a mug, milk, spoon and teapot back to the table ohh forget about the sugar so back up you go. Just feels very unorganised. We will go back but not have breakfast here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakes Hotel & Spa. The location is perfect, with stunning views that made our trip feel extra special. Our accommodation was comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. A special mention must go to the concierge team, who were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. One of the highlights for my husband was the Bentley chauffeur service into town – a fantastic touch that really added to the luxury experience and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities. We would highly recommend Lakes Hotel & Spa and would love to return in the future.

Second stay at this hotel. It's extremely comfortable & has a really nice vibe. Love the location, the terrace bar, cosy pub & spa. But it's the friendliness of the staff that really stands out, making it feel like a swanky home from home.

Fantastic hotel room and spa facilities Slight marks on a couple of walls in the hotel room and a faint iron burn stain on the carpet the only qualms we had On a whole great hotel, hot tub is amazing and the restaurant Mizumi was something else. 2nd time myself and my partner have stayed in the hotel, used the spa facilities and eaten at Mizumi restaurant Would highly recommend x

Room was very clean and luxurious! Hot tub was lovely! The spa was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was the charge for parking as we weren’t aware there was a cost, the amount was taken from my card and I was given a receipt at checkout but would have been nice to be aware of the charge before hand at check in. When paying so much for a hotel you would think parking is included. We would stay here again as it was a gorgeous break away. Food in the pub was very nice.

I can’t say how amazing our stay was from the moment we were greeted at the gate everyone was great. The room was perfect dinner was great enjoyed the spa and the pub. I would highly recommend you to stay here.
