Great location, fair price, friendly welcoming staff. Decor a little ‘tired’ in the bathroom , shower needs to be more rigid with a curtain or screen

The staff were very kind, and the service was smooth and professional. They also kept my luggage for free for an hour, which was a big help. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit London.

Being located within walking distance of underground stations and bus routes, as well as having an abundance of cafes and restaurants was very handy!

The staff were extremely friendly and left a great impression on me. It’s also conveniently located close to Paddington Station, with easy access to central London. There’s an Italian restaurant nearby that offers a discount for guests staying at this hotel.

Staff was super nice! Hotel is in a nice location close to Paddington Station. You can’t drink the water from the sink which is a bit of an inconvenience for people who don’t always bring water bottles with them so bring some! Rooms are small but nice and they will get cleaned and restocked everyday! Make sure you are comfortable taking the stairs though since there are no elevators. Would go back!

Overall good experience. Room is simple, bed comfortable- ideal if you’re just looking for a place to shower/sleep. Stairs are steep and narrow, not the most convenient if you have a lot/ heavy luggage, but manageable. Very central location in Paddington, walkable to vast restaurant options, train station, and parks. Don’t need a car to find what you need in a short distance. Would stay again.
