Had a room with a beautiful sea view. The room was good sized and well equipped - heater and a fan in wardrobe. No air con but windows opened wide. The staff were really helpful. The cooked breakfast was lovely and I enjoyed the Welsh cakes. There is also pool table in the hotel and seating outside. We booked a parking space for the time we were there, which was great because the on street parking was very busy. The car park is small and we struggled to get our car out onto the small alley at the back. This was due to where another car was parked, so might not always be as tricky.

A lovely stay at the hotel. It is just across from the pier and easy walk into town and the tram for the Great Orme. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Our large room was at the back of the hotel and was clean and well decorated with a comfy bed. It was lovely and quiet. The small shower with a step up may not suit everyone but we had no problems. Would certainly stay again.

I was impressed as soon as I approached reception arrived at busy time but was welcomed quickly and parking permit issued immediately. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable especially the bed we had a lovely view of the beach from our room aswell. Breakfast was unbelievable its the best I have had in an hotel everything is freshly cooked as you order. You will be happy with the staff as they are all smart polite and so friendly and helpful especially Alex the receptionist he can't do enough for you. Final note of all the above we booked for next year before we left for home.

We had such a lovely stay at this Hotel. The sea view from our room was absolutely amazing — waking up right in front of the pier made the whole trip feel extra special. The location is perfect, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and went above and beyond to help us. Parking was full when we arrived, but one of the staff kindly offered us his own parking space, which we truly appreciated. That level of kindness and customer service made a big difference. Breakfast was delicious and everything cooked well. Honestly, I cannot fault our stay at all. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend!

Nice sized room with a sea view (room 10) and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and despite being opposite the pier, the room was nice and quiet throughout the night. The shower was powerful enough and nice and hot. The breakfast was excellent - a great choice of Continental items and a nice hot breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and service at breakfast was very quick. Would definitely stay here again.
