Great experience, it would be one of my top choices moving forward. Very polite staff members and easy to get in touch with via phone or reception. I had to extend my stay by few hours and they helped me through it.

Clean and very comfortable room with comfortable beds. The hotel was well located 15 minute walk to the city centre. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety hot and cold choices. Well worth £14 to add on. Staff were friendly, although I overheard a female staff member from reception talk to a male colleague very very abruptly as if telling him off, when we were in the seated area by reception. I was taken aback as she didn’t seem to bother that she was talking loudly and treating him badly in front of others. It made me sad for the staff member on the receiving end, but we still had a good stay.

Really lovely stay, very clean, very handy for the train. Great breakfast, though was a bit busy at peak times, lots of staff around working hard to replenish. Perhaps the location felt a little bit further out of the way than other hotels for access to city centre, but only a bit of a walk or a quick cab/uber and the standard of the hotel otherwise more than made up for this.

Great location 5 mins walk from Cabot Circus and the park with a walk along the river. Also about 30 seconds from a bus stop to the park and ride. They had decorated our room as I’d told them one of the party had a big birthday and left some treats which I thought was a lovely touch. Only issue we had was something had been left in the bathroom from the previous guests but they were really apologetic. We had dinner there as we arrived quite late and that was nice. Overall I’d highly recommend it.

This was my second time staying at the Leonardo and it did not disappoint. Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay for his birthday. The hotel is the perfect location for all different things such as the train station, Cabot Circus or the old city. Parking was great, we parked at the Gardiner Haskins car park which was a 2 or so minute walk from the hotel. And really easy to get to from the M4 without having to drive deep into the city. The staff are always so lovely. Special shout out to Cheyenne who I have had the pleasure of seeing on both on my stays and is just the absolute loveliest.
