Overall, i enjoy my stay at the Leonardo hotels and look forward to many more stays in different cities. We adore the treat we received upon checkin. The complimentary drink tickets were also the highlight of our trip. Thank you a million for that experience because we werent expecting anything other than our room and its accessories. All in all, im happy to be staying at leonardo accommodations and am looking forward too.

I heartily suggest it! The staff was really friendly, and two lovely ladies who assisted us at the front desk gave us a warm welcome. The room was spotless and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. A delightful cup of coffee was enticing. Excellent location with onsite shops, taverns, train station, local stores, as well as resale center. We appreciate your hospitality during our stay.

The hotel is in a great location, just 100 meters from the train station. There are many restaurants around as well. The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. Thank you.

The checkin process was quick and easy. The rooms and bar area are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the price was very reasonable. Friendly and welcoming staff. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a great time at this hotel. Before checkin, we arrived very early. The front desk staff was really helpful and friendly. They kept our luggage and gave us advice on what to do until we could check in. It takes about 5 to 7 minutes to walk to the train station. I felt safe walking to and from the station because there are many restaurants on the same block and even if few blocks away. During our stay, no one dined at the hotel restaurant. A double bed and solitary bed were both in irate size in the room. With tidiness and an enormous shower and bathtub, the bathroom was incredibly large. Since the tub is so slippery, ive recommended asking for obstructing it. One was immediately delivered to me! The only thing ill complain about this room is that there isnt utensils. Drinks with cold water and drinks are always available. From the bar, they offered me ice. However, each time they seemed reluctant to give me any icing. All of the citys tourist attractions are within 20 minutes of this hotels location. In fact, im going to stay here again.

A very good hotel 15 minutes walk from the main line railway station east croydon, breakfast was a buffet with lots of food, and the hotel room was very comfortable. The only issue was that the bar was only for cards, but this didnt bother us at all. Will definitely use this hotel again.

The service i received was incredible. Once again, thank you very much. I really appreciate everything. What a wonderful experience checking into this hotel and being greeted by the lovely lad, sarmad, at the reception. He was very well presented and respectful he always had yelled at me every time ive saw him.

This place in the center of croydon is a great place to stay. The hotel is nice, the bedrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are some drawbacks such as the design of the shower and not being able to use the smart tv in this room. Apart from that, i will definitely be back. Thank you for letting me stay here!.

Fantastic hotel. Extremely helpful and kind personnel. The room was immaculately maintained and very roomy. There was no need to rush because breakfast was served between 7 and 11 a. M., and there was plenty of choice. Many thanks, folks. Will undoubtedly return.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, conveniently located near Gatwick airport, just one train station away, and central London, only requiring fewer train stops. The bed is small but comfortable, the room is pleasant, while the bathroom leaves much to be desired.

I travelled with my brother. We couldnt have chosen a better hotel for our standard twin room reservation at the leonardo hotel. Excellent location, and there is really just about anything in the room that you need. Thank you for letting me stay here. Ill definitely be back.

A fine hotel that is unfortunately located in the heart of croydon. There is currently a building site next to it that starts work far too early. The staff is friendly and pleasant, and the breakfast is of high quality. Although the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are outdated if functional. Be careful leaving the hotel after dark, wider Croydoon is dangerous.
