I stayed here with some friends for 4 days and loved it. The staff are very attentive and made sure our stay was great. Great value and location!.

I would strongly recommend it. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The location, quality, and service were excellent. The room was fantastic, with an amazing view of the skyline of the city of london. My 8yearold daughter and i spent a Saturday night there and she loved the pool and spa area. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The complimentary oldfashioned sweet trolley in the foyer upon arrival was a particular hit with my daughter, and malik, the duty manager, ensured our checkin and stay were seamless.

The manager was outstanding in resolving a minor issue upon our arrival. The spa was pleasant, but i felt the water was chilly, especially for my young son. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Ashraf jamal treated us with such love and attention. Thank you.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast served is decent. The fact that it is next to the roman wall adds to its charm. If youre unlucky, you might end up in a room with the glorious sights and sounds of the Fenchurch street station tracks. However, overall, this is a good place to hang your hat.

I stayed at this hotel and liked the room, it was cozy and made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful which was a big plus. The bathroom, however, looked a bit old, it worked fine but didnt match the niceness of the room. The swimming pool area was okay but not as great as i expected. The jacuzzi was very small, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was delicious with good options, but it was quite expensive. It felt a bit too much for what you get. Overall, my stay was pleasant due to the comfortable room and good service. The hotel could improve the pool and make breakfast a better deal.

Wonderful nights stay at the leonardo. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were great, the location is great, right in front of the tower of london. The food was also excellent, a simply great breakfast with an omelette chef.

All very hospitable, just what you would expect from a hotel in leonardo. Fantastic service. Excellent value for afternoon tea. Ive been to the spa frequently, but this time, i felt a little let down because the pool was cold, even the public swimming pools are warmer!.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a short stroll from tower hill. The hotel lobby staff are extremely friendly, and it is wonderful that datang also offers hot drinks and fruits. The hotel also features a sauna and swimming pool, which are incredibly cozy and help to relieve fatigue along the way.

The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom could use a refreshment. The pool is nice, but it would be more fun if children could do more than just swim. Too many people at the same time in the pool.

A stunning hotel in a prime location. I stayed in a room on the 11th floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The hotel staff was very friendly. Marina at the reception welcomed us with a big smile and was very helpful and professional. The spa facilities are amazing. I will be back very soon.

Would definitely stay again. Fantastic experience. The personnel were courteous and extremely accommodating. The rooms are adorable and updated, and they offer a wide variety of complimentary amenities. The rooms are a little cramped, but only if you are accustomed to sweeping spaces. The only genuine issue was that i had to maneuver a little to enter because the shower door only opened on the side next to the toilet. The shower itself was quite spacious. My coworkers also mentioned how firm the pillows were, but i didnt encounter any issues.

Excellent hotel in a great location near tower bridge. My room was fantastic, and i particularly adored the customer service. The front desk is fantastic! I met marina and a very young man named Teo, who was extremely helpful and courteous. We had a great time during our stay.

I had a great time staying at this hotel, which is conveniently located for work in the city. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is large, and the breakfast is complete. The only things that could be improved are the elevators, which are quite long, and being able to use the stairs to access the ground floor.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and has excellent amenities. The staff is very friendly and efficient. We especially appreciate natalia at the reception who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The toiletries and coffee selection in the rooms are of high quality. We had a room overlooking the station, but the noise was barely audible.

I had the best time ever stayed for 2 nights with my sister. The location is great with easy access to all the attractions. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff made our experience the best on arrival we were impressed by Marinoe who was very helpful and really wanted to make our stay special. We upgraded our room and had spectacular views. Terry the manager was great. Breakfast was good and served by arnel who was very friendly. Thank you so much, especially to marriott for making our holiday so memorable.

The hotel is in a great central location. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The guest service was excellent and attentive from everyone involved. Beautiful spa facilities for the family to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing. I have stayed there twice now and am more than happy to book again.

Will definitely return! Really enjoyable stay! The spa facilities are fantastic and soothing. We had breakfast, which is an unlimited buffet with drinks, and we really liked it. The reception staff is very friendly. Marina at check in was very welcome and polite.
