Great overnight stay.Had our room changed because we requested a quiet area an ended up near reception. Thankyou Steven for resolving this. Breakfast one of the best we've had.

A family visit, regular client. Friendly, comfortable, staff great. A cross between a guest house and a hotel.fabulous setting. Down side, very cold conservatory dining room.

Great place for an overnight stay, comfortable, clean, very friendly staff overall. Room was a bit chilly at night and other guests were very noisy coming to their rooms late at night, but that certainly isn't the establishments fault at all. Lovely views and ample parking. Would certainly recommend.

Our regular hotel when visiting family, it feels like a family. The views are stunning, not a “plush” hotel, but comfortable, friendly and we would recommend it.

quirky hotel with lovely views ( ours was over the Tyne we watched the DFDS ferry come in. Large windows. Large room ( junior suite 201) The room was a little dated but we didn't mind because it was clean and had a bath- a great addition for after cold water swimming. Electric heater- simple and efficient.
