The staff were exceptional, all of them. Often theses days customer service is forgotten. My stay here reminded me what a difference it makes when the staff are well trained, friendly and helpful! Well done team. I could not fault anything about my stay, rooms were a good size, the hotel and connected pub well decorated, modern and clean. Food was great and especially the vegetarian burger was the best I had (I have been vegetarian for 40 years)! So much so, i asked where the get them from! I definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel - similar in style to a travel lodge /holiday inn. Really quiet. A/C that works! Very comfy beds and good shower. We had an evening meal there and the food was spot on - I had the salad and it was delicious, really well-made. Hats off to the chef, Dani - thank you, you have real skill! Overall the staff are lovely, very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Sea is only 5min walk away. Will definitely return - thankyou!

This is one of the best places we've stayed in for a long time. It was convenient to where we wanted to be, the room was clean and a good size but the thing that gets a 5 star review from us is the lovely staff. Katy and Chloe were exceptionally lovely, very helpful, friendly and welcoming to everyone. Katy was great with checking in and was our waitress in the evening, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Chloe was around in the mornings for breakfast shift. I saw her dealing with a family with extra needs and she was superb in her handling of those needs. I came away feeling that I would definitely like to stay there again, unlike a few other places we've stayed at. I hope that Marstons give Chloe and Katy a bonus for a 5 star review, and to be honest the rest of the team deserve a little something too as they were all friendly, but these two deserve an extra pat on the back :)

Excellent place to stay for a couple of nights. Just out of the centre of Bridlington, but easily walkable. Large well lit car park, rooms were away from the pub, so very quiet. Breakfast was reasonable, and we enjoyed an evening meal in the pub as well, which was good, with plenty of choice.
