The apartment was nice and in a great location. I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. In the confirmation booking email they said there was no onsite parking and recommended Q Park. So I used the link that was provided and booked through Q park only to discover later on when checking in that there was actually a closer car park. Other than the car parking we had a nice stay and loved the location.

Great alternative to a hotel. The property is about 2 minutes walk from Mathew Street so very central to all amenities. If you're looking for a central location in the beating heart of the city, this is the place for you. A bit noisy at night but above street level so not that bad. Highly recommended.

The Lord St hotel, on Lord street was an excellent place to stay. It was clean and fresh. Seemed to have been freshly decorated. It was an apt, so therefore no lobby as in a hotel. But the communication through Whatsapp was efficient. The key was in the lockbox as promised. The code to enter the main door worked flawlessly. The one drawback if any, was, it was a bit noisy. But not enough to take away from the experience.

Since there is no front desk you have to notify in advance and you also have to go to a separate location to pay a deposit and get the codes to get in. The location can be tricky because it is a single door on the street that leads up to the apartments. Once we were checked in and found the location it was great. There was only one problem during our stay and that was that the fire alarm went off. We were checking out, so never found out why it went off.
